The lithium slag admixture comprises the following preparation raw materials in parts by weight: 10 parts of lithium slag powder, 1-2 parts of an organic fluorosilicone modifier, 0.05-0.1 part of ethyl cellulose and 1-2 parts of nano magnesium oxide, the organic fluorosilicone modifier is prepared from the following preparation raw materials in parts by mass: 50 parts of 2-ethyl methacrylate, 0.5 to 1 part of 2, 2, 3, 3-tetrafluoropropyl methacrylate, 2 to 3 parts of triisopropyl silicon-based methacrylate, 1 to 2 parts of an emulsifier and 1 to 2 parts of an initiator. The lithium slag admixture is applied to preparation of concrete, and the concrete with good compressive strength and fracture resistance is prepared.
