The anti-cracking agent is prepared from 10-16 parts of bentonite, 15-19 parts of silicon powder, 8-12 parts of triethanolamine, 16-18 parts of fly ash, 5-7 parts of aluminum sulfate and 6-8 parts of water-soluble silicone oil. The invention relates to a water-based paint which is prepared from the following components in parts by weight: 3-10 parts of urea, 20-28 parts of unsaturated carboxylic acid, 14-20 parts of polyacrylamide, 20-30 parts of octadecylamine emulsion, 10-22 parts of air entraining agent, 10-20 parts of polyoxyalkylene ether unsaturated macromonomer and a proper amount of water. The method comprises the following steps: (1) weighing solid raw materials, grinding and mixing; (2) putting the mixture obtained in the step (1) into a stirring kettle, mixing, adding water, and stirring until the mixture is in a liquid state; and (3) adding each liquid or jelly raw material into the stirring kettle in the step (2), and stirring at the temperature of 65-75 DEG C.
