The invention provides coal gangue type concrete and a preparation method thereof. The preparation method comprises the steps that coal gangue is sequentially pretreated to obtain pretreated aggregate, the content of needle-sheet-shaped particles in the pretreated aggregate is not larger than 15%, the silt content is not larger than 1.0%, and the crushing value is not larger than 18%; grading the pretreated aggregate according to the particle size, and combining the graded coal gangue aggregate with the nominal particle size of 5-20 mm or 5-25 mm according to a predetermined standard; and mixing the coal gangue aggregate, gravel, cement, fly ash, water and a water reducing agent to obtain the coal gangue type concrete. When the coal gangue is used for preparing concrete, the mechanical property of the concrete can meet the requirements of C40 concrete specifications, and high value-added utilization of the coal gangue is realized. By adopting the preparation method, the utilization rate of the coal gangue aggregate can be increased, the environmental pollution is reduced, and the carbon emission is reduced. The production technology is complete in process, easy to operate, low in cost, beneficial to ecology and easy to popularize on a large scale.
本发明提供了一种煤矸石型混凝土及其制备方法。该制备方法包括：对煤矸石依次进行预处理，以获得预处理骨料，预处理骨料中针片状颗粒含量不大于15％，含泥量不大于1.0％，压碎值不大于18％；将预处理骨料按粒径进行分级，并按预定标准，组合出公称粒径5～20mm或5～25mm级配的煤矸石骨料；将煤矸石骨料、砂石、水泥、粉煤灰、水及减水剂进行混合，得到煤矸石型混凝土。将其用于制备混凝土时，其力学性能能够达到C40混凝土规范要求，实现了煤矸石的高附加值利用。采用上述制备方法还能够提高煤矸石骨料的利用率，降低环境污染、减少碳排放。上述生产技术工艺完善，操作简单，成本低廉，有益于生态，易于大规模推广。
