The ultra-high-performance concrete is prepared from the following components in parts by weight: 625-675 parts of cement; 145 to 190 parts of fly ash; 90 to 145 parts of silica fume; 600 to 840 parts of fine aggregate; 480 to 720 parts of coarse aggregate; 16.9 to 20.9 parts of a water reducing agent; 0.19 to 0.48 part of a defoaming agent; 0.014 to 0.028 part of an air entraining agent; 0.10 to 0.30 part of a suspending agent; 160 to 200 parts of steel fiber; 156 to 166 parts of water; the cement is type II Portland cement with the strength grade of 52.5; the fly ash is superfine fly ash microspheres; the ultra-high-performance concrete has high strength, high ductility and high durability of traditional ultra-high-performance concrete, and meanwhile, by introducing high-quality aggregate and performing mix proportion design based on the closest packing principle, an interface transition area between set cement and the aggregate is further enhanced, the compressive strength and the elastic modulus of the aggregate are improved, and the shrinkage creep and the material preparation cost are reduced; and a practical basis is provided for lightweight application of the ultra-high performance concrete on a bridge structure.
