Preparation method of aluminum nitride ceramic complex crucible for titanium alloy induction melting
The invention belongs to the related technical field of preparation of ceramic crucibles for titanium alloy induction melting, and discloses a preparation method of an aluminum nitride ceramic complex crucible for titanium alloy induction melting, which comprises the following steps: adding an activated sintering aid into aluminum nitride powder to obtain a mixture; putting the mixture and an organic solvent into a ball mill for ball milling and wet mixing; drying the ball-milled and wet-mixed slurry to obtain mixed powder, adding an organic binder into the mixed powder for granulation, and then grinding and sieving; the ground and sieved powder is put into a complex mold cavity to be subjected to cold isostatic pressing, and a complex crucible green body is obtained; sequentially degreasing the complex crucible green body in a degreasing furnace and sintering in an argon protective atmosphere to obtain the aluminum nitride ceramic complex crucible; the aluminum nitride ceramic material prepared by the method is subjected to density, titaniferous solution corrosion resistance and thermal shock resistance tests to verify the performance excellence of the aluminum nitride ceramic material. The preparation method can be used for preparing the complex crucible which is high in compactness, long in service life and resistant to titanium liquid corrosion.
