The preparation method comprises the following steps: mixing ethylene glycol monovinyl polyethylene glycol ether, acrylic acid and a cross-linking agent, carrying out a polymerization cross-linking reaction, and then adding a modifier into a system for modification, thereby obtaining the product, wherein the cross-linking agent comprises N, N-methylene bisacrylamide or a monoester cross-linking agent which is prepared from maleic anhydride and isopentenol polyoxyethylene ether. The modified polycarboxylic concrete workability regulator is prepared by the method. The preparation method provided by the invention is simple and controllable in process and low in cost, the main polymeric monomer of the prepared modified polycarboxylic concrete workability regulator is the same as that of a polycarboxylic acid water reducing agent and can be well dissolved in a polycarboxylic acid solution, the problems of bleeding, segregation and mixing amount sensitivity of the polycarboxylic acid water reducing agent in the use process can be effectively solved, and the service life of the concrete workability regulator is prolonged. The application of the polycarboxylate superplasticizer is expanded.
本发明提供一种改性聚羧酸系混凝土和易性调节剂及其制备方法,涉及混凝土外加剂合成技术领域。所述制备方法包括:将乙二醇单乙烯基聚乙二醇醚、丙烯酸和交联剂混合进行聚合交联反应,随后向体系中加入改性剂进行改性,即得;其中,所述交联剂包括N,N‑亚甲基双丙烯酰胺或由马来酸酐与异戊烯醇聚氧乙烯醚制得的单酯交联剂。所述改性聚羧酸系混凝土和易性调节剂由上述方法制得。本发明提供的制备方法工艺简单可控,成本低,所制得的改性聚羧酸系混凝土和易性调节剂主要聚合单体与聚羧酸减水剂相同,能够很好的同聚羧酸溶液相溶,能够有效的解决聚羧酸减水剂在使用过程中的泌水、离析及掺量的敏感性问题,有利于扩大聚羧酸减水剂的应用。
