The high-damping shock isolation device with the limiting function comprises a lower buttress and an upper column body which are distributed from bottom to top, a shock isolation support is arranged between the lower buttress and the upper column body, a second outer ring sleeve is fixedly arranged on the outer side of the lower end of the lower buttress, an upper support structure is fixedly arranged on the outer side of the lower end of the upper column body, and a second outer ring sleeve is fixedly arranged on the outer side of the upper support structure. The outer side of the lower buttress is provided with a plurality of damping buffering assemblies which are evenly distributed with the lower buttress as the center and used for conducting damping buffering on the vibration displacement of the upper column body, and the outer side of the lower buttress is further provided with a plurality of sliding limiting assemblies which are evenly distributed with the lower buttress as the center and used for limiting the vibration displacement of the upper column body; the vibration degree and the slippage degree can be detected through the vibration displacement detection assembly, displacement adjustment of the damping structure is achieved in cooperation with the PLC and the damping buffering assembly, and it is guaranteed that the slippage damping force is kept at a certain value.
