The invention relates to a concrete faced rockfill dam underwater panel infiltration point detecting and plugging integrated device and method.The device comprises a power source device and a detecting and plugging integrated device, the detecting and plugging integrated device comprises a detecting vehicle and a detecting and plugging device, and the detecting vehicle comprises a control device and a pumping device; the detection plugging device comprises a slurry conveying pipeline, an electrode and an electric valve, the slurry conveying pipeline is movably arranged on the panel, and the electrode and the electric valve are arranged on the slurry conveying pipeline; the control device receives the electric signals collected by the electrodes, and after it is determined that an infiltration point exists according to the electric signals, the pumping device pumps the leaking stoppage material to the slurry conveying pipeline and controls the corresponding electric valves to be opened so as to release the leaking stoppage material to plug the infiltration point.
