Rainwater and the like at the top of the dam body are drained through the drainage ditch on the dam body, the rainwater is prevented from permeating into the dam body, the drainage part is installed at the bottom in the dam body, a water source permeating into the dam body can be drained out of the dam body through the drainage body, soil and the like are blocked through the inverted filter layer in the water source drainage process, and the water source drainage effect is improved. The situation that soil and the like in the dam body are scoured by a water source to cause cavity loss and the like is avoided, the soil and the water source scoured from the dam body can be blocked under the cooperation of the intercepting component, the soil and the like are intercepted by means of the intercepting unit, meanwhile, the water source and the like are discharged, and the situation that a large amount of soil and stones are lost on the dam body is avoided.
