The lower end of the lifting pipe (1002) is fixedly mounted on the water bottom ground, and the upper end of the lifting pipe (1002) is connected with the water floating mounting platform (1001); the ducted coreless water flow generator (1007) is fixed in the ducted U-shaped pipeline; and the water pump (1009) is fixed in the ducted U-shaped pipeline. The system can be constructed and generate power in rivers, lakes and seas and common reservoirs, construction funds and land resources of pumped storage hydropower stations are saved, the total installed capacity of the national power grid is directly increased, and clean high-grade electric energy is conveyed to the national power grid anytime and anywhere.
