Electric variable-frequency vibroflot
The invention relates to an electric variable-frequency vibroflot which comprises a vibroflot head and a vibroflot shell, a main shaft is arranged in the vibroflot shell, an oil way channel is further arranged in the vibroflot shell, and lubricating oil used for lubricating an upper bearing and a lower bearing is arranged in the oil way channel. A step groove communicated with the oil way channel is formed in the upper end of the vibropunch, a first oil conveying hole is formed in the center of the main shaft, a second oil conveying hole communicated with the first oil conveying hole is formed in one side of the upper portion of the main shaft, and a plunger pump driven by the main shaft is arranged in the step groove. According to the electric variable-frequency vibroflot, the plunger pump driven by the main shaft is installed between the vibroflot head and the vibroflot shell, lubricating oil in the electric variable-frequency vibroflot continuously circulates in the oil way channel, and therefore the lubricating purpose is achieved. Compared with the prior art, the lubricating oil consumption can be reduced by more than half, the use cost of the lubricating oil is saved, and the energy consumption can be reduced.
本发明涉及一种电动变频振冲器,包括振冲头、振冲器壳体,振冲器壳体的内部设置有主轴,所述振冲器壳体的内部还设置有油路通道,所述油路通道内设置有用来对上轴承和下轴承进行润滑的润滑油,振冲头的上端设置有与油路通道相连通的阶梯凹槽,所述主轴的中央设置有第一输油孔,所述主轴上部的一侧设置有与第一输油孔相连通的第二输油孔,阶梯凹槽内设置有由主轴驱动的柱塞泵。本发明通过通过在振冲头与振冲器壳体之间安装由主轴驱动的柱塞泵,所述电动变频振冲器内的润滑油不断地在油路通道内循环,从而达到润滑的目的。本发明相对现有技术,能够减少一半以上润滑油用量,节约润滑油使用成本,还能降低能耗。
