The invention discloses a steel casing duplex air bag launching construction method, and relates to the technical field of launching of large-diameter overlength overweight circular steel casings into water, and the method comprises the following steps: S1, preparation work of the steel casings: S1-1, leveling of a launching ramp, S1-2, positioning of a casing extension jig frame, S1-3, plugging of two ends of a casing, and S1-4, connection welding of casings; and S2, installation of a pile casing drainage system, wherein the step S2 comprises the substeps of (S2-1) winch installation, (S2-2) ground anchor machining and installation, and (S2-3) pulley block and steel wire rope installation. The jig frame 21 and the air bag are arranged through the pile casing assembly, the mode that the air bag assists in launching is adopted, the air bag can be recycled, large hoisting equipment is not needed, economical efficiency is good, hoisting falling accidents are avoided, and operation safety and construction flexibility are improved; the two independent steel casing bodies can form a duplex system, and the two large-diameter super-long and super-heavy steel casing bodies are connected together through the connection between the casing bodies.
