The invention relates to a sludge accumulation foundation reinforcing method and a ground pile, and is applied to the technical field of construction.The method comprises the steps that A, the hollow water-permeable ground pile is inserted into sludge, and a water pumping device is inserted into the hollow water-permeable ground pile; (B) backfilling and compacting a backfilling layer; c), a stress foundation block connected with the hollow permeable ground pile is poured; d, seepage water in the hollow water-permeable ground piles is extracted, and concrete is poured into the hollow water-permeable ground piles after the stress foundation blocks are subjected to form stripping; and E) arranging a ground beam, connecting the ground beam with the stress foundation blocks, and pouring concrete between the adjacent stress foundation blocks to form a stress foundation plate. The ground pile comprises a longitudinal steel reinforcement framework, a transverse steel reinforcement framework and a wrapping net, and can define a first columnar containing cavity which has an annular radial section and is suitable for containing water filtering stone; a second columnar containing cavity suitable for containing a water pumping device is formed in the first columnar containing cavity. The method has the advantages that the foundation is not prone to sedimentation, and the construction period is short.
