When the device is used, the feeding component conveys minerals excavated outside the shell to the guide rail and conveys the minerals to the cutting knives, the rotating shaft drives the multiple cutting knives to rotate to cut the minerals with the large size, the small minerals are output from the discharging component, the excavating assembly is used for excavating the minerals, and therefore the minerals with the large size are cut into the minerals with the small size; the size of the minerals is similar, and the specification and subsequent use of the minerals are facilitated.
