The invention relates to the field of fabricated buildings, in particular to a fabricated building connector which comprises a building assembly part, a clamping mechanism is arranged on the building assembly part, a driving mechanism is arranged in the clamping mechanism, and a rotating mechanism is arranged on the upper surface of the building assembly part corresponding to the position of the driving mechanism. During use, firstly, fixing holes in adjacent building assembly parts are aligned with clamping grooves, then gears are driven to rotate, clamping plates are driven to move and be inserted into the clamping grooves through transmission between the gears, and the clamping plates push baffles to move and enable the baffles to relieve supporting of positioning rods; at the moment, a second spring can push a positioning rod to be inserted into a supporting groove in a clamping plate, so that the clamping plate is fixed, and the clamping plate abuts against the cavity wall of a fixing cavity through a fixing plate, so that the clamping plate can be clamped with the two building assembly parts at the same time, and the two building assembly parts are fixed; and the whole fixing process is simple and convenient.
