Compared with the prior art, by arranging the protruding part with the circular or oval section on the second connecting plate, the problem that an existing structure is damaged due to the fact that the existing structure has the chance to be twisted in the manufacturing, transporting, on-site carrying and installing links is solved or partially solved.
