The embodiment of the invention provides a waterproof roll construction device, and relates to the field of waterproof construction of rolls. The problem that the construction quality of the waterproof roll is poor is solved. The waterproof coiled material construction device comprises a rack, a coiled material support, a walking mechanism, a jacking mechanism and a rolling wheel. The coiled material bracket is arranged on the rack and is used for winding a waterproof coiled material; the walking mechanism is arranged at the bottom of the rack and used for driving the rack to move along the ground. The jacking mechanism is used for driving the rack to lift; the rolling wheel is arranged on the rack, and the rolling wheel is used for being in rolling fit with the ground in the process that the rack moves along the ground so that the waterproof coiled material on the coiled material support can be unwound and laid on the ground; or the rolling wheel is used for being in rolling fit with the wall surface in the lifting process of the rack, so that the waterproof coiled material on the coiled material bracket is unreeled and paved on the wall surface. The walking mechanism controls ground operation, the jacking mechanism controls wall surface operation, the ground or the wall surface is rolled through the rolling wheel, and the operation efficiency is improved.
