The invention discloses a transformer substation power distribution room roof protective handrail device which comprises a protective fence and a protective fence assembling assembly, the protective fence is vertically arranged on the edge of a roof, and the protective fence assembling assembly is used for detachably installing the protective fence on an H-shaped steel beam of a transformer substation power distribution room roof. The protective fence assembling assembly comprises a supporting foundation trench of a U-shaped structure, a transverse fixing mechanism and a vertical fixing mechanism, the lower portion of the protective fence is inserted into the inner sides of the two vertical ends of the supporting foundation trench, and the transverse fixing mechanism and the vertical fixing mechanism are used for fixing the supporting foundation trench in the transverse direction and the vertical direction correspondingly.
