Hydraulic mutual-climbing type protection platform
The hydraulic mutual-climbing type protection platform comprises a platform body, a fixing seat is fixedly arranged in the middle of the bottom of the platform body, a sliding groove is formed in the middle of one side of the fixing seat, limiting grooves are formed in the two sides of the inner wall of the sliding groove, a movable support is slidably arranged on the inner wall of the sliding groove, and a supporting frame is fixedly arranged at one end of the movable support; a lead screw is rotationally arranged on the inner wall of the sliding groove. Through hydraulic connection at the upper end of the hydraulic climbing frame, the platform main body is supported and lifted by the hydraulic climbing frame, during working, one side of the platform main body leans against a wall to facilitate working of a worker, a motor is started to enable a lead screw to rotate, and then a movable support moves in a sliding groove and a limiting groove to move a supporting frame to the other side of the platform; and meanwhile, the protection net supports and protects the bottom of the other side, gravel can directly fall into the protection net when falling, protection on the other side can be achieved by reversely moving the supporting frame when the working direction is changed, and therefore the using safety of the device is improved.
本发明公开了液压互爬式防护平台,包括平台主体,平台主体底部的中间位置固定设有固定座,固定座一侧的中间位置开设有滑槽,滑槽内壁的两侧均开设有限位槽,滑槽的内壁滑动设有移动支架,移动支架的一端固定设有支撑框架,滑槽的内壁转动设有丝杆。本发明通过液压爬架上端的液压连接,使得平台主体被其支撑升起,且工作时,平台主体的一侧会靠墙方便工作人员工作,启动电机使得丝杆旋转,进而使得移动支架在滑槽以及限位槽中移动使其将支撑框架移动至平台的另一侧,同时防护网在另一侧底部支撑防护,砂石掉落时会直接落入防护网中,更换工作方向时反向移动支撑框架即可换成另一侧防护,从而提高装置使用的安全性。
