A first driving motor is arranged on the lock box, an output shaft of the first driving motor is fixedly connected with a rotating shaft on the first gear, a lock rod is rotationally arranged in the wall body of the cable cover plate, the lock rod is fixedly connected with a rotating shaft on the second gear in a sleeved mode, and locking or unlocking of the cable cover plate can be achieved through the first driving motor and the lock rod.
