The invention provides an anti-misoperation electronic lock system of an electric power secondary cabinet. The anti-misoperation electronic lock system comprises an electronic lock terminal, an anti-misoperation system host, a networking module, a communication module, a power supply module, a control module and an electric operation module. The anti-misoperation system host, the networking module and the communication module are sequentially in communication connection, the control module is electrically connected with the communication module, the electronic lock terminal and the electric operation module, and the power module is electrically connected with the communication module, the electronic lock terminal and the control module. The method comprises the following steps: firstly, acquiring information of each cabinet by an anti-misoperation system host, classifying the information, and determining target cabinet information; secondly, generating work ticket and operation ticket data according to the target cabinet information, and transmitting the work ticket and operation ticket data to the communication module through the networking module; and finally, the communication module transmits the work ticket data and the operation ticket data to the control module, and the control module controls the electronic lock terminal to open and close the lock according to instructions in the work ticket data and the operation ticket data so as to solve the problem of operation risks caused by mistaken opening, mistaken touch and mistaken operation of the work cabinet.
