The upper end of the sliding plate is in threaded connection with a first bolt, the adjusting rod comprises a supporting rod and a rod sleeve, the installation block is installed in a sliding groove of a door leaf through a second bolt, and meanwhile the sliding plate is arranged in the sliding groove of the door leaf after being adjusted through the first bolt. After the convex position on the positioning block is inserted through the clamping hole, after the angle of the door leaf is determined, the clamping hole part is fastened by the convex position through the inner hexagon, and meanwhile, the bayonet on the sliding plate enters the clamping bulge on the mounting block, so that the problems that the door window is closed due to other resistances and even is impacted, and the door window is damaged or burst and the like are solved.
