A nut mounting hole is formed in the adjusting screw rod, the adjusting nut is assembled in the nut mounting hole and is in threaded fit with the adjusting screw rod, the adjusting screw rod drives the adjusting nut to move up and down in the axial direction of the adjusting screw rod through rotation, and then the assembling height of the balance beam in the groove and the horizontal height of the upper buckling cover are adjusted.
