The invention discloses a waste asphalt pavement material crushing and screening system, which belongs to the technical field of road construction, and comprises a transportation platform I, a transportation platform II, and a material conveying mechanism, a crushing mechanism and an unloading mechanism which are mounted on the transportation platform I and the transportation platform II and are sequentially arranged, the crushing mechanism comprises a jaw crusher installed on the first conveying platform, a first conveying frame located below the jaw crusher, a first conveying belt connected to one end of the conveying frame, a circular crusher installed on the second conveying platform and matched with the first conveying belt, and a second conveying frame located below the circular crusher. The first conveying belt is connected to one end of the first conveying frame, and the second conveying belt is connected to one end of the second conveying frame. Through cooperative arrangement of the jaw crusher and the circular crusher, crushing and vibration screening of waste materials are achieved, the dust removal box is arranged to collect and treat dust, and pollution to the environment is avoided.
