The invention discloses a road construction asphalt storage tank facilitating discharging. The road construction asphalt storage tank comprises a storage tank body, a discharging valve, a positioning mechanism, a scraping mechanism, a screen frame, a top cover, a circulating mechanism, a purifying box and a filtering box. According to the asphalt storage tank convenient to discharge and used for highway construction, a servo motor drives a reciprocating lead screw to rotate, meanwhile, a scraping structure can be driven to conveniently scrape asphalt attached to the inner wall of the storage tank, and rotation of the reciprocating lead screw can further drive a vibration mechanism to vibrate a screen frame; therefore, the asphalt before entering the storage tank can be screened, the situation that large solids in the asphalt enter the storage tank to affect the subsequent asphalt laying effect is avoided, and meanwhile the vibrating mechanism can further drive the circulating mechanism to do piston motion; and harmful gas generated by the asphalt is pumped out and is harmlessly discharged after being doubly filtered by the purification box and the filter plate, so that the overall structural linkage and the environmental protection effect of the asphalt storage tank are greatly improved.
