The invention discloses a lightweight composite plastering titanium white gypsum mortar material and a preparation method thereof, and relates to the technical field of building material gypsum mortar, the mortar material is prepared from a base material and an additive; wherein the base material comprises the following components in percentage by mass: 60%-70% of titanium dioxide gypsum powder, 20%-25% of tailing particles, 1%-5% of fly ash, 5%-10% of talcum powder, 1%-5% of a dolomite powder composite admixture and 5%-10% of a vitrified microbead light admixture; the additive is prepared from the following components in percentage by mass: 0.2 to 0.5 percent of retarder, 0.2 to 0.5 percent of water reducing agent, 0.2 to 0.5 percent of water-retaining agent and 0.5 to 1.2 percent of cementing agent. The light composite plastering titanium white gypsum mortar material prepared by the method provided by the invention has the advantages of light weight, high strength, strong cohesiveness and good water-retaining property, so that waste resources such as titanium gypsum, fly ash and tailing powder are well utilized, and the problems of environmental pollution and solid waste resource utilization are effectively solved; therefore, the light composite plastering titanium white gypsum mortar material can be applied to the field of building materials.
本发明公开了一种轻质复合抹灰钛白石膏砂浆材料及其制备方法,涉及建筑材料石膏砂浆技术领域,所述砂浆材料由基料和添加剂配制得到;其中,所述基料的组分及质量百分含量为:60%~70%钛白石膏粉、20%~25%尾矿颗粒、1%~5%粉煤灰、5%~10%滑石粉、1%~5%白云石粉复合掺料和5%~10%玻化微珠轻质掺料;以所述基料的质量百分含量计,所述添加剂的组分及质量百分含量为:0.2%~0.5%缓凝剂、0.2%~0.5%减水剂、0.2%~0.5%保水剂和0.5%~1.2%胶结剂。采用本发明提供的方法制备的轻质复合抹灰钛白石膏砂浆材料具有轻质高强、粘结性强、保水性好的优点,使得钛石膏、粉煤灰以及尾矿粉等废旧资源得到很好的利用,有效解决了环境污染和固废资源利用问题,为此以便将轻质复合抹灰钛白石膏砂浆材料应用于建筑材料领域。
