The invention discloses a diseased road grouting repair device and a using method thereof.The diseased road grouting repair device comprises a base, a grouting box used for containing slurry is fixedly installed in the center of the top of the base, a feeding opening used for feeding the slurry is formed in one end of the top of the grouting box, and a support used for fixing and supporting the feeding opening is fixedly installed at the bottom of the feeding opening; the bottom of the support is fixedly connected with a connector, the connector is in threaded connection with the grouting box, the bottom of the connector is fixedly connected with a hose used for allowing slurry to flow in, and a vibrator used for rapidly feeding the slurry and conducting loose feeding is installed on one side of the feeding port. The two ends of the bottom of the grouting box are fixedly connected with discharging pipes used for discharging grout out of the repaired road. By arranging the feeding port, the support, the connector, the hose, the vibrator and other components, slurry can be conveniently and quickly fed into the grouting box, so that a road surface can be repaired, the efficiency of feeding the slurry into the grouting box is improved, and the grouting box is prevented from being blocked.
