Fabricated slope soil nailing wall surface layer structure
An assembly type slope surface soil nailing wall surface layer structure is formed by connecting a plurality of surface layer units, each surface layer unit is mainly formed by combining and assembling an anchoring node, an I-shaped steel keel and a panel, and each anchoring node is formed by welding an upper steel plate, a lower steel plate, a steel pipe connecting the centers of the upper steel plate and the lower steel plate and four rib plates on the outer wall of the steel pipe; a rotatable baffle is arranged on the front face of a lower flange of the I-shaped steel, a fixed baffle is arranged on the back face, and the panel is clamped between the rotatable baffle and the fixed baffle. Factory prefabrication and on-site assembly are adopted, the problem of dust raising on a construction site of a traditional soil nailing wall surface layer can be effectively solved, and pollution is reduced. Meanwhile, the surface layer structure is connected through bolts, construction is convenient, simple and efficient, the problem that the site construction period is long is solved, and the method is suitable for some supporting projects with complex site conditions. The whole device is made of steel, is light, can be detached after being used, can be recycled, saves a large amount of materials, and can effectively reduce deformation of the slope body.
一种装配式坡面土钉墙面层结构,由若干面层单元连接而成,所述面层单元主要是由锚固节点、工字钢龙骨和面板组合装配而成,所述锚固节点由上下两块钢板、连接上下两块钢板中心的钢管和钢管外壁的四块肋板焊接而成;所述工字钢下翼缘正面设有可旋转挡板,背面设有固定挡板,面板夹持于可旋转挡板和固定挡板之间。本发明采用工厂化预制,现场组装,可以有效解决传统土钉墙面层施工现场扬尘问题,减少污染。同时,面层结构通过螺栓连接,施工方便,简单高效,解决现场施工周期长的问题,适用于一些场地条件较为复杂的支护工程。整体采用钢材制作,较轻,使用后即可拆除,循环利用,节约大量材料,还可有效的减小坡体的变形。
