The invention discloses an open caisson structure beneficial to sinking and anti-floating and a using method thereof. The side wall of an open caisson main body is provided with a plurality of electromagnetic adsorption devices and a plurality of externally-attached steel plates; all the externally-attached steel plates can cover the outer surface of the side wall of the open caisson main body after being spliced and are adsorbed and fixed to the outer surface of the open caisson main body through the electromagnetic adsorption devices at the corresponding positions; the face, facing the outer side of the open caisson body, of each externally-attached steel plate is a smooth surface. A plurality of preformed holes penetrating in the horizontal direction are formed in the side wall of the open caisson main body; and a resistance increasing block is arranged in each preformed hole. In the using process, in the sinking process of the open caisson body, the electromagnetic force adsorption devices are closed one by one, the externally-attached steel plates are pulled out, then the resistance increasing blocks are inserted into the reserved holes, when the open caisson body sinks to the designed depth, all the resistance increasing blocks are moved out of the reserved holes, and finally cement grout is injected into soil through the grouting pipe and the grouting opening. When the open caisson sinks, resistance reduction sinking can be facilitated, and the anti-floating resistance can be increased after the designed depth is reached.
本发明公开了利于下沉和抗浮的沉井结构及其使用方法,沉井主体的侧壁设有若干电磁力吸附装置,以及若干外贴钢板;所有外贴钢板拼接后能够覆盖沉井主体侧壁的外表面,并均通过相应位置的电磁力吸附装置吸附固定在沉井主体的外表面;每一外贴钢板朝向沉井主体外侧的一面均为光滑的表面;沉井主体的侧壁设有若干沿水平方向贯通的预留孔;每一预留孔内均设有增阻块。使用时,在沉井主体下沉过程中逐一关闭电磁力吸附装置并拔出外贴钢板,然后在预留孔内插入增阻块,当沉井主体沉至设计深度,将所有增阻块均从预留孔中向外移出,最后通过注浆管和注浆口向土体中注入水泥浆液。本发明在沉井下沉时能利于减阻下沉,在达到设计深度后又能够增大抗浮阻力。
