The invention relates to an assembly type caisson cofferdam dismantling method which comprises the specific steps that small rabbets between caissons are treated in two times, firstly, the position of a small rabbet water stop belt is treated in the excavation process, and then small rabbet plastic concrete is treated after a temporary breast wall is dismantled; a down-the-hole hammer is used for punching a hole in the tongue-and-groove position between the permanent breast wall and the temporary breast wall, so that the small tongue-and-groove between the caissons and the tongue-and-groove between the permanent breast wall and the temporary breast wall form a continuous section; a milling excavator and a flat bucket excavator are used for dismantling the small tongue-and-groove water stop belt and the small tongue-and-groove plastic concrete between the caissons; caisson large tongue-and-groove treatment is conducted, specifically, large tongue-and-groove block stones between caissons are excavated out through a flat bucket excavator; the finish rolling deformed steel bars above the caisson are dismantled; rock ballast in the caisson grids is excavated; and integrally hoisting and removing the upper structure of the caisson by using a working platform, and placing the caisson in a fixed storage area. The construction operability and safety are high, the cost input is low, the construction efficiency is high, and the quality is guaranteed.
本发明是一种装配式沉箱围堰拆除方法,具体步骤为:沉箱间小企口处理:分两次进行,首先在开挖过程中进行小企口止水带位置的处理,临时胸墙拆除完成后再进行小企口塑性混凝土的处理;使用潜孔锤在永久胸墙和临时胸墙之间的企口位置打设孔洞,使沉箱间小企口与永久胸墙、临时胸墙之间的企口形成连续切面;使用铣挖机、扁斗挖掘机进行沉箱间小企口止水带和小企口塑性混凝土的拆除;沉箱大企口处理:使用扁斗挖掘机进行沉箱间大企口块石的挖除;拆除沉箱上方的精轧螺纹钢;对沉箱仓格内部的石渣进行开挖;使用吊船对沉箱上部结构进行整体吊除并放置在固定储存区域。本发明施工可操作性及安全性高,成本投入较低,施工效率高且质量有保证。
