Arched reticulated shell inhaul-cable-free middle starting construction method
A construction method for middle starting of an arched reticulated shell without inhaul cables is characterized by comprising the following steps that firstly, a starting unit net rack is selected, the middle position in the length direction of the whole net rack is selected, the length of the starting unit net rack is the span of the net rack, and the width of the starting unit net rack is one axle distance; 2, carrying out simulation checking calculation by utilizing the model of the net rack, and finding out a super-stress rod piece and a bolt; thirdly, the rod pieces and the bolts which do not meet the requirements are replaced, and then checking calculation is conducted again till all the rod pieces and the bolts meet the requirements; fourthly, according to the width of the stacker-reclaimer foundation, through simulation checking calculation and entity lofting, assembling is conducted from the starting unit net rack arch crown to two sections, and then a crane hoists and crosses over the stacker-reclaimer foundation; and fifthly, starting unit net racks are continuously installed on the two sides of the stacker-reclaimer foundation at the same time in two groups till the whole starting unit net racks are installed. The method has the advantages that the construction period is short, and the construction cost is greatly reduced.
一种拱形网壳无拉索中间起步施工方法,其特征是:它包括以下步骤:第一,选择起步单元网架,选择在整段网架长度方向的中间位置,起步单元网架长度即为网架的跨度,宽度为一个轴距;第二,利用网架的模型进行仿真验算,找出超应力杆件和螺栓;第三,更换经验算不符合要求的杆件和螺栓,然后重新验算直到所有杆件和螺栓符合要求;第四,根据堆取料机基础的宽度,经过仿真验算、实体放样从起步单元网架拱顶向两段组装,然后吊车吊装跨过堆取料机基础;第五,分两组分别在堆取料机基础两侧同时延续安装起步单元网架直到整个起步单元网架安装完毕。本发明具有施工工期短,施工成本大幅降低的优点。
