The invention provides a prefabricated floor slab of an underneath type integrated functional layer, which comprises at least one shear key, and the shear key comprises a main body part and more than three groups of connecting rods which are fixed on the two sides of the main body part and horizontally extend towards the two sides; the more than three groups of connecting rods at least comprise a first connecting rod arranged on the side surface of the bottom of the main body part, a second connecting rod positioned on the side surface of the middle part and a third connecting rod positioned on the side surface of the top part; the first reinforcing mesh is horizontally arranged around the bottom of the shear key and is connected with the first connecting rod; the first prefabricated bottom plate is poured on the plane where the first reinforcing mesh is located, and the first prefabricated bottom plate is connected with the bottom of the shear key after being solidified; and the functional layer is horizontally laid in a horizontal space between the upper surface of the first prefabricated bottom plate and the second connecting rod. According to the invention, the blank of two technologies in the industry is filled, and the structure characteristic is better.
