Fabricated high-strength block stone bulletproof layer module and manufacturing method thereof
The invention provides an assembly type high-strength block stone bulletproof layer module which comprises block stone layers and a reinforcement cage, the reinforcement cage is integrally of a rectangular cage body structure with six faces formed by weaving steel bars, at least two block stone layers are arranged in the reinforcement cage in the height direction, each block stone layer and the reinforcement cage are poured into a whole through high-strength concrete, and the block stone layers are arranged in the rectangular cage body structure. The block stone layer is formed by integrally fixing a second pouring layer which is longitudinally arranged, a third pouring layer which is transversely arranged and block stones, the second pouring layer and the third pouring layer are connected in a criss-cross manner to form grids, and each grid is filled with the block stones. The invention further provides a manufacturing method of the assembly type high-strength block stone bulletproof layer module. The bulletproof layer modules are designed in a modular mode, the manufacturing cost is low, assembly line machining in a factory can be achieved, hoisting and transporting are convenient, and assembling is rapidly completed; the manufacturing method of the bullet shielding layer module is high in efficiency and good in product quality.
