The invention relates to the technical field of house construction, and discloses a house construction spandrel girder structure which comprises a spandrel girder body and a reinforcing assembly arranged between every two adjacent stand columns and used for supporting the middle of the spandrel girder body, the spandrel girder body comprises a plurality of cross beams which are mutually spliced in the horizontal direction, and mounting blocks are rotationally arranged on the cross beams; a threading pipe is detachably connected to the mounting block, and a threading hole for a power line to penetrate through is formed in the threading pipe. When indoor cables are laid, electric wires can be directly arranged in the threading pipe in a penetrating mode, and compared with a traditional threading mode that an electric drill needs to be used for punching firstly, the effects of being easy and convenient to operate, environmentally friendly and capable of reducing noise are achieved.
