The invention relates to a novel cantilever scaffold which comprises an installation frame used for being installed on a wall body and a scaffold body arranged on the installation frame, and the installation frame comprises a horizontal supporting plate, I-shaped steel arranged on the two sides of the horizontal supporting plate and a vertical wall face installation frame perpendicular to the horizontal supporting plate. A pressure sensing assembly is further arranged between the vertical wall surface mounting frame and the wall body, an alarm assembly is arranged on the scaffold, the device further comprises a control unit, and when the pressure sensed by the pressure sensing assembly is larger than a set value, the control unit can control the alarm assembly to give an alarm according to a feedback signal of the pressure sensing assembly.
