Reinforcing and transforming method for low-strength concrete floor
The invention discloses a method for reinforcing and transforming a low-strength concrete floor. The method comprises the following steps: unloading a low-strength concrete slab; stripping a plate bottom concrete layer in the low-strength concrete plate, so that lower-layer steel bars in the original plate are exposed outside; newly-added plate steel bars are implanted below the lower-layer steel bars in the original plate; brushing an adhesion agent on the contact surface of the new and old concrete slabs; a hole is formed in the middle of the formwork, and a grouting material pouring valve is installed; a formwork is erected, a height-adjustable supporting mechanism is installed, and lifting supporting legs are arranged on the top of the height-adjustable supporting mechanism; arranging an infrared electronic ruler for monitoring the height of the template; grouting materials are poured through a grouting material pouring valve to reach the designed thickness; the liftable supporting legs are adjusted to enable the formworks to move upwards synchronously and integrally; removing the height-adjustable supporting mechanism; and a cutting machine is adopted to conduct leveling treatment on the newly-poured floor slab. The method can effectively solve the problem that the bearing capacity of the floor slab is greatly reduced due to the frosting phenomenon, existing decoration layers such as floor tiles do not need to be dismantled, the operation period is short, the effect is fast, and the construction technology is simple.
