The invention discloses a dry-type connection modular assembly house. The dry-type connection modular assembly house comprises a plurality of prefabricated concrete beam plates, a plurality of prefabricated concrete side plates, a plurality of prefabricated concrete columns and a plurality of connecting assemblies. The precast concrete beam plates are sequentially distributed in a stacked mode, and the adjacent precast concrete beam plates are supported through the precast concrete columns to form a multi-layer structure. The prefabricated concrete columns located on the upper side and the lower side of the prefabricated concrete beam plate are symmetrically distributed, connecting pieces are arranged between the concrete beam plate and the prefabricated concrete columns on the upper side and the lower side in a matched mode, and the prefabricated concrete beam plate and the prefabricated concrete columns on the upper side and the lower side are connected in a dry mode. The precast concrete side plates are inserted into the side edges of the precast concrete beam plates and are in modular connection with the precast concrete beam plates and the precast concrete column bodies correspondingly. According to the scheme, the plates are connected in a dry-type modular mode on site through the connecting assemblies, on-site wet operation is avoided, and the installation efficiency is greatly improved.
