Modularized supporting system of silo concrete structure
The invention relates to a modular supporting system of a silo concrete structure. The modular supporting system comprises a vertically-arranged center column; the supporting brackets are arranged at the top of the central column, and the mounting positions of the supporting brackets can be adjusted according to the height of the concrete structure of the silo; the lower connecting disc is arranged on the supporting bracket and is annular, and an annular connecting clamping groove is formed in the top of the lower connecting disc; the truss units are arranged between the silo concrete structure and the center column in a supported mode, connecting protrusions are arranged at the ends, close to the center column, of the truss units, and the connecting protrusions are arranged in the connecting clamping grooves of the lower connecting disc in a clamped mode; the upper connecting disc is buckled at the end part, close to the central column, of the truss unit; and the upper connecting disc is fixedly connected with the lower connecting disc and clamps the end part of the corresponding truss unit. According to the modularized supporting system, the truss units are connected through the lower connecting disc and the upper connecting disc, and the truss units and the lower connecting disc are connected in a clamping mode, so that the supporting system has wide applicability, and full-assembly type construction can be achieved for silos with different diameters.
