The handle assembly comprises a rotating shaft arranged at the end of the handle, a locking groove matched with the lock pin is formed in the middle section of the rotating shaft, and the rotating shaft is matched with the rotating shaft sleeve. Clutch of the rotating shaft and the rotating shaft sleeve is achieved through the sliding block and the lock pin, unlocking can be achieved only when the lock is closed, idling is achieved when the lock leaves, the handle is in a free state in daily conditions, the lock is prevented from being pried violently, and therefore equipment safety is improved.
