Recrystallized silicon carbide particle trap and preparation method thereof
The preparation method comprises the following steps: uniformly mixing silicon carbide coarse powder, silicon carbide fine powder, yttrium oxide and a boron-containing mixture serving as sintering aids, adding aids such as a pore-forming agent, a binder, a plasticizer and a solvent, and uniformly stirring to obtain the recrystallized silicon carbide particle catcher. The particle trap is obtained through mixing, pugging, forming, microwave drying, cross hole sealing and high-temperature sintering, and a recrystallized silicon carbide unit prepared under the condition that the highest firing temperature is 2000 DEG C does not crack after three times of cold and heat shock at 850 DEG C. The particulate trap is excellent in performance and suitable for trapping soot particles of a diesel engine of a motor vehicle in a severe environment.
本发明提供了一种重结晶碳化硅颗粒捕集器及其制备方法,将碳化硅粗粉、碳化硅细粉和氧化钇和含硼混合物作为烧结助剂混合均匀,加入造孔剂、粘结剂、增塑剂和溶剂等助剂,经混合、练泥、成型、微波干燥、交叉封孔和高温烧结得到颗粒捕集器,在最高烧成温度为2000℃条件下制得的重结晶碳化硅单元在850℃冷热急变3次不开裂。本发明颗粒捕集器性能优异,适用于在恶劣环境下对机动车柴油机碳烟颗粒的捕集。
