The supporting plate is fixedly arranged on the upper surface of the base, two first sliding grooves are formed in the left end and the right end of the supporting plate correspondingly, and two limiting rings are fixedly connected to the front end and the rear end of the top of the supporting plate correspondingly; the two sliding blocks are in sliding connection with the two first sliding grooves in a one-to-one correspondence mode, threaded sleeves are rotationally connected into the sliding blocks, locking structures are arranged in the sliding blocks, and the sliding blocks and the threaded sleeves are selectively locked and matched through the locking structures; the first screw penetrates through the supporting plate and the threaded sleeve, is in threaded connection with the threaded sleeve and is rotationally connected with the supporting plate; the bearing plate is arranged at the top of the supporting plate. On the other hand, the invention discloses an adjusting method based on the device. According to the invention, the height and gradient of the pre-embedded plate can be accurately adjusted.
