The invention relates to a cylinder foundation steel frame integrated construction platform which comprises a steel cylinder assembly, a steel frame assembly and a steel deck which are sequentially arranged from bottom to top. The steel cylinder assembly comprises a steel cylinder, a top reinforcing plate is welded to the top of the steel cylinder, a bottom reinforcing plate is welded to the bottom of the steel cylinder, and a plurality of sleeves are evenly welded to the circumference of the upper end of the side wall of the steel cylinder. The steel frame assembly comprises a plurality of supporting columns which are evenly distributed on the circumference and correspond to the sleeves, the supporting columns are inserted into the corresponding sleeves, the lower ends of the outer walls of the supporting columns and the inner walls of the sleeves are connected in a welded mode through a plurality of circumferential equidistant rib plates, a plurality of X-shaped reinforcing inclined struts are welded between every two adjacent supporting columns, and a supporting beam system is arranged at the tops of the supporting columns. The steel cylinder assembly can provide high bearing capacity and is suitable for most of thick sea areas covered with soft soil, the steel frame assembly is good in wave-permeable and flow-permeable effect, the environment load effect can be effectively reduced, the bearing capacity allowance of the structure is large, the integrated structure is achieved, the number of ship machines needed for construction is small, and the construction speed is high.
本发明是一种筒基钢框架一体式施工平台,包括从下到上依次设置的钢圆筒组件、钢框架组件和钢制甲板;钢圆筒组件包括钢圆筒,钢圆筒顶部焊接有顶加强板且底部焊接有底加强板,钢圆筒侧壁上端圆周均匀焊接有若干个套筒;钢框架组件包括圆周均布的与套筒对应的若干个支撑柱,支撑柱插接在对应的套筒内,支撑柱外壁下端与套筒内壁之间通过若干根环向等距肋板焊接连接,相邻的两个支撑柱之间焊接有若干X形加强斜撑,若干个支撑柱顶部设有支撑梁系。本发明的钢圆筒组件能够提供较高的承载力,适用于大多数软土覆盖较厚海域,钢框架组件透浪、透流效果好,能够有效降低环境荷载作用,结构承载力裕量大,一体式结构,施工所需船机设备较少,施工速度快。
