The invention relates to the technical field of pile foundation construction, and discloses a narrow space pile foundation construction method which comprises the following steps: S1, cleaning a construction site; s2, determining a construction position; s3, pre-burying a steel casing; s4, preparing slurry and slurry equipment; s5, drilling construction is carried out; s6, hole cleaning construction is conducted; s7, steel reinforcement cage construction; s8, conducting pipe construction; s9, pouring concrete for construction; s10, excavating a pile head; the slurry equipment is arranged and replaces a traditional slurry pit, the traditional slurry pit needs to be constructed on site and is troublesome, the volume of the slurry pit is generally three to four times that of a pile hole, and therefore one slurry pit needs at least hundreds of square meters, and construction and construction are very inconvenient in a narrow space; the mud equipment can be used in a place far away from a narrow construction site, the occupied space is avoided, the mud equipment can be repeatedly used, and time is not wasted for building a mud pit any more.
