According to the constant-temperature water supply control system of the intelligent electric heating system, the heating overflow water tank is arranged in the system, water supplied to the water tank reaches a certain temperature through electric heating, and the temperature is transmitted to the PLC module in the electric control cabinet in real time through the magnetic turning plate liquid level meter and the temperature sensor. At an outlet, the mixing proportion of cold water needing to be heated on site is controlled through a variable frequency pump and an electric three-way valve, and therefore the requirement for accurately controlling the water supply temperature and flow is met. The constant-temperature water supply system mainly solves the problems that an existing constant-temperature water supply system is low in automation degree, unfriendly in man-machine interaction and the like. According to the intelligent water supply system, the needed temperature and flow are set on the touch screen, and after initial debugging, accurate control can be achieved, and corresponding water supply can be stably provided.
本发明提供一种智能电加热系统恒温供水控制系统,系统中设置加热过流水箱,通过电加热,使得补给水箱的水达到一定的温度,并通过磁翻板液位计和温度传感器实时传输到电控柜中的PLC模块。在出口,通过变频泵和电动三通阀控制与现场需要升温的冷水混合比例,从而达到精准控制供水温度和流量的要求。本发明主要是解决现有恒温供水系统中自动化程度低,人机交互不友好等问题。通过本发明,只要在触摸屏上设置需要的温度和流量,在经过初期调试后,便能精准控制,能够稳定的提供相应的供水。
