Closestool green body
The closestool blank comprises a seat ring blank, a main body blank, an outer sleeve blank and a water tank blank, the periphery of the lower surface of the seat ring blank is provided with a first bonding surface and a limiting part annularly arranged on the first bonding surface, the lower surface of the seat ring blank is further provided with a second bonding surface located on the inner side of the first bonding surface, and the rear end of the upper surface of the seat ring blank is provided with a third bonding surface; the outer side face of the limiting part is in a step shape and is provided with at least two first abutting faces which intersect with the first bonding face, and the included angle between the first abutting faces and the first bonding face is an obtuse angle. The upper surface of the main body blank is bonded to the second bonding surface; the outer sleeve green body is arranged outside the main body green body in a sleeving manner and bonded with the seat ring green body, a fourth bonding surface bonded with the first bonding surface is arranged on the upper surface of the outer sleeve green body, and a second abutting surface suitable for being attached to the outer side surface of the limiting part is arranged on the inner side surface of the outer sleeve green body; and the lower surface of the water tank green body is bonded to the third bonding surface. According to the closestool green body, it can be guaranteed that the seat ring green body is stably stressed in the forming process, and the rejection rate of the closestool green body is reduced.
