A clamping groove used for being in clearance fit with the clamping strip is formed in one side face of the connecting strip. According to the fixing device, fixing operation of the heat preservation prefabricated block is convenient and fast, the mounting practicability is good, meanwhile, bolts in the fixing device can be effectively prevented from loosening, and the mounting stability and safety are improved.
