A concrete prefabricated floor slab with a built-in energy storage tank comprises concrete, reinforcing steel bars and connecting pieces. Steel bars and a steel bar net rack compounded with an energy storage tank are arranged in a prefabricating mold, and then concrete is poured for prefabricating and forming; steel bar heads used for being connected with other steel bars are arranged at the two opposite ends of the concrete prefabricated floor with the built-in energy storage tank and used for being connected with other structures, and the strength is improved through concrete pouring. Wherein the energy storage tank is a tubular tank body which is sealed at two ends and filled with energy storage liquid, and the tubular tank body is provided with a pipe orifice for filling the energy storage liquid and gas; an expansion space for thermal expansion and cold contraction of the energy storage liquid is reserved in the energy storage tank, and the energy storage tank is filled with gas higher than the atmospheric pressure, so that the energy storage tank forms a rigid body; a pressure relief safety valve is arranged on a filling pipe opening of the energy storage tank, and an opening of the pressure relief safety valve faces downwards and is sealed through thin cement. When a fire disaster happens, the energy storage liquid in the energy storage tank is vaporized through high temperature, high vapor pressure is generated, the pressure relief safety valve is opened, and spraying fire extinguishing is carried out on the indoor fire disaster.
一种内置有蓄能罐的混凝土预制楼板,包括混凝土、钢筋、连接件。它钢筋及复合有蓄能罐的钢筋网架置于预制模具内,后浇筑混凝土预制成形;内置有蓄能罐的混凝土预制楼板的相对两端,设有用于与其它钢筋连接的钢筋头,用于与其它结构连接,通过混凝土浇筑提高强度。其中,蓄能罐为两端封闭充注有蓄能液体的管状罐体,管状罐体上设有充注蓄能液体和气体的管口;蓄能罐内留有蓄能液体热胀冷缩的膨胀空间,蓄能罐内充注有高于大气压的气体,使蓄能罐形成刚性体;蓄能罐的充注管口上,设有泄压安全阀,泄压安全阀的开口朝下,通过薄水泥封闭;当发生火灾时,高温使蓄能罐内的蓄能液体汽化,产生高汽压,将泄压安全阀打开,对室内火灾实施喷淋灭火。
