According to the invention, through three-end measurement processing, data measurement can be carried out at three different angles of positive and negative visual angle measurement processing, left and right visual angle measurement processing and pitching visual angle measurement processing, and meanwhile, data measurement can be carried out through three different steps of preliminary measurement processing, confirmation measurement processing and re-check measurement processing, so that an accurate elongation value is obtained; according to the method, the technical problem that numerical values are lost due to the fact that the data scale of the measured values is small and the specific measured numerical value scale is small when the extension values are checked under the condition that a traditional measurement method is used for measurement is avoided as much as possible.
