The invention discloses double-layer comb-tooth-type three-dimensional parking equipment which comprises a rack, a chain lifting device, a driving motor and a vehicle carrying device. The chain lifting device, the driving motor and the vehicle carrying device are arranged on the rack. The rack comprises a top rectangular frame, and two stand columns are connected to the lower portion of the left end and the lower portion of the right end of the top rectangular frame respectively. The vehicle carrying device comprises two comb tooth type vehicle carrying frames which are bilaterally symmetrical along the centroid of the top rectangular frame; the comb tooth type vehicle carrying frame comprises a vehicle carrying frame longitudinal rod and a plurality of transversely-arranged vehicle carrying comb teeth, and the vehicle carrying comb teeth are installed on the vehicle carrying frame longitudinal rod. A comb tooth type parking supporting frame is arranged on the ground under the vehicle carrying comb tooth set of each comb tooth type vehicle carrying frame, or a pit is formed in the ground under the vehicle carrying comb tooth set of each comb tooth type vehicle carrying frame, and the size of the pit is the same as that of the cross section of the comb tooth type vehicle carrying frame. The double-layer comb tooth type three-dimensional parking equipment has the advantages of being convenient to store and take cars and safe to use.
