The invention provides a buffering pressure-resistant flow-stabilizing grouting device which comprises a grouting pipe, an impeller fixing cavity is formed in the middle of the grouting pipe, a first small impeller, a large impeller and a second small impeller are sequentially fixed in the impeller fixing cavity in the direction from a grout inlet to a grout outlet of the grouting pipe, and the diameter of the first small impeller and the diameter of the second small impeller are the same as the radius of the large impeller. The first small impeller and the second small impeller rotate towards the slurry inlet of the grouting pipe, and the large impeller rotates towards the slurry outlet of the grouting pipe. The device can buffer, resist high pressure and continuously stabilize the grouting flow, balance of the interior of the grouting pressure and the interior of the grouting body is achieved, the structure principle is simple, practicability is high, cost is low, and the problems occurring in the grouting process of various permeable stratums can be effectively solved.
